Delivery Times

For orders placed by 12:00 noon, the following times per geographic zone apply:

• Alexandroupoli and land destinations – Delivery within 1-2 working days

• Island destinations – Delivery within 1-3 business days

• Hard-to-reach Areas – Delivery within 1-5 business days

It is noted that during the period of discounts and special offers, the delivery time may increase due to an increased volume of deliveries. USEFUL NOTE Orders received on public holidays begin to be processed on the next business day, which is when the estimated delivery time begins. The above stated delivery times may be modified in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (eg nationwide strike of coke transport workers).
